The communities we service

Ghana

Our children’s clinic in Efutu, Ghana was established in 2017 to provide comprehensive maternal and child health services. With a focus on obstetric services, the hospital ensures the provisions of quality maternal emergency services.

In addition, since the 1st of December 2018, our clinic has been fully accredited to the national health care system in Ghana. This means that every child with national health insurance can use the medical services of our clinic without any charge.

In the region of Cape Coast over 80% of the population is part of the statutory health insurance.

Uganda

The Jinja Centre for Reconstructive and Global Surgery is our second hospital, and was established in 2022. Located in Jinja, Uganda, this clinic focuses on elective surgical services with an emphasis on high quality reconstructive surgery.

The surgeries performed at this clinic concentrate on patients that suffer from accidents such as burns and road traffic accidents, acts of violence such as acid attacks and gunshot wounds, as well as congenital malformation.

Furthermore, the hospital acts as a teaching facility for health professionals from Uganda and its neighbouring countries

Services we provide

We are focused on promoting up to date global standard surgical techniques. From this education exchange, our Uganda Doctors have created a surgical education network with surrounding countries.

Education & Training

We establish modular clinics that are purposely designed to be sustainable and multi-functional. Our clinics are able to cover the all the needs of our patients and be used as a patient ward, admin building and even an operations theatre.

Infrastructure

Our team travels to Uganda to assess multiple patients and surgeries. By working collaboratively with the doctors who are currently on the ground, we are able to enable an information exchange of different surgical techniques and build local capacity in Uganda.
